デンファレ、一鉢お嫁？入り．．． [園芸]
昨年、衝動買いで洋ランのデンファレを花屋さんで衝動買いをしました。
何も知らずに、真冬に贈り物用の鉢を、自分自身へのご褒美？ということになるでしょうか．．．
その後花は終わり、春になって本を買ってきて、それを参考に、ばらばらにそれぞれ鉢に分けてみたものの、デンファレの特徴として、とにかく寒がりでありながら、夏の強い日差しには遮光が必要なようです．．．

「（遮光．．．面倒だし．．．）枯れても仕方ないかなぁ、花は冬の間、十分楽しんだし．．．」との考えから、かなりいい加減に世話を開始しました．．．
このように、適当に世話をしてきたのですが、驚くことに、みんなとりあえず夏を乗り越えてくれ、先日１鉢目の花が咲きました．．．
デンファレ：グローバルビレッジという種類です
正直、（育つとは期待していなかったため）、花が咲いた時には、びっくり！と嬉しい！が入り交じり、少し涙がうるうる？の状態でした。ちょっとオーバーですが。
9月に入り、花芽が育っているのを見つけてからは、もう夢中！といった感じです．．．
さて、先日、私の母が電車に乗って、私の家に遊びに来ました。
そして、窓際に並んでいるデンファレ群を見て．．．「一つ欲しい」と．．．
たくさん（７つ）ありますので、プレゼントすることは全く問題ないのですが、遠慮しながらも．．．一番うまく育っている、蕾が大きく膨らんできた、私にとっても一番お気に入りの鉢が欲しいと．．．
親には、これまで与えられるだけ与えられてきて、ほとんど何も求められず、また、何もお返しもしてきませんでしたので、そのような親から欲しいと言われるものであれば．．．ということで、「いいよ」と一つ返事でプレゼントしました．．．
今でも私自身、水やりの頻度・程度は試行錯誤中であり、本によりますと、蕾の膨らんできた時期の環境変化は良くないと、書いてありましたので、とにかく水を与えすぎないことと、蕾はもう大きく膨らんでいますので、この時期は寒い空気にあてすぎないよう、外に出すには気をつけることを、簡単に説明はしておきました．．．
「大丈夫、大丈夫」と言っておりましたが、シンビジウム（育てていないのでちょっと自信なし）やデンドロビウム（まだ外でガンガン日に当てています．．．）に比べて、とにかく寒さに弱いこと、分かっていないだろうなぁと、ちょっと心配です．．．
でも、母がとても嬉しそうに、大事に持って帰った姿を見て、心が温まると同時に、なんだか、「（プチ）娘？を嫁に出すような気分？」は、このような感じかなぁと、少ししみじみと感じてしまいました．．．
一番良い鉢は貰われてしまい、残りもの（失礼！）の６つの鉢達を見ながら、大切に育てて、とりあえず花芽の出ているものは、きれいに咲かせてあげようと、決意を新たにしました．．．
その後、母とは連絡をとっておらず、ついては、その鉢の鉢の状況は知りません．．．
我が家では、貰われた鉢と同じくらい花芽が育っていた鉢に、昨日無事花が咲きました．．．
貰われていった鉢も、今頃うまく花が咲いていると良いなぁと思いながら、プレゼントした鉢（花）のその後を尋ねるのは、（うまく育っていない場合、相手に引け目を感じさせるため）基本的にはタブーと聞いたこともあり、今度実家に遊びに行ったときに（もし話題に出れば）、確認しようかなぁ程度に思っています．．．
もしうまくいっていなかったら．．．引き取ってきて、私の家のベランダで、来年の夏に再生させて、またプレゼントすれば良いかな．．．と思っています。
デンファレ（洋ラン）．．．これも本を読んでの受け売りですが、寿命は５０年以上？花というより、生き物？として、かなり興味深く面白いなぁと思っております．．．
あと1ヶ月くらいは、デンファレの花に夢中の気分で楽しめそうです．．．
葉ダニ（アザミウマ？）で、葉っぱぼろぼろで、バルブと花芽の向きもばらばらのデンファレ群ですが、今はかわいいばかりです．．．
